When you jump the relay (pressure switch), does the clutch engage? If so, check your R-134A (refrigerant) level with an A/C gauge. When the refrigerant is low, the relay won’t allow the clutch to engage.
hook up the gauge to the low pressure side of the a/c lines, jump the a/c pressure switch to engage the clutch. If it’s low, recharge per manufacturer’s recommendation

Same exact car here, and also no AC but I'm far more ignorant as to what to check and how. I'm at the point where I can be parked with the engine running, hit the AC button and notice the engine rpm change slightly but no cool air. A very basic tutorial on how to get to the point of at least the first poster would be very helpful. I can go buy a tool if need be. Thank you. (I'm not mechanically uninclined, solved my own intake code issues and replaced the entire suspension. Electronics are my weak spot so far.)
