Default Noisy wipers

Maybe it's just all the rain we've been having lately...

But I've noticed a pronounced clicking noise coming from my wipers when they hit their travel limit and switch directions. Does anyone else's wipers make such a noise?

I can't decide if it is something that it has done all along that I didn't focus on before or if something has changed. Nothing else seems to be different and all wiper functions are usual.

Not a pronounced clicking noise (but I do have a slight transition noise that you're describing), but the motor and the action of the blade going over the glass is louder than other cars I've driven.

Just seems the OEM glass on this car is thin. I can hear every single large rain drop that hits it and forget about hearing somebody talk when you're at highway speeds in a torrential downpour. All you hear is the rain hitting the glass.

Compared to my Camry which is near silent in operation at all speeds, and the glass is better insulated acoustically.

With that said and refinement issues aside, performance is excellent. Also helps that I replaced the OEM wipers with Bosch Icons.
