Default Non X Type related Pics of Supra we just finished...

Its been a long project coming but its pretty much done. Waiting on parts here and there, then some custom fabrication of items here and there too. Some of the pics are not the greatest. What do you guys think?

I hope it's not a Dyno Queen. It looks like a beast though.

we will get some vids and have them on the site in the near future

there are no dyno queens from us
we make them have decent power and run pretty good
MPH is a good indication of power
we are hoping this one gets close to the 150MPH mark in the 1/4mi

Always loved the Supras. I had a few mark III's over the years. Gorgeous to look at, fun to drive. The Mark IV was always a dream.

Here's a pic of my old Mark III in Martha's Vineyard some years ago. She was a beauty! Targa top, turbo, and tan leather interior!

What a beauty, but man do I disagree. The inline 6 would appear easier to work on, but in reality unless you're talking about the turbo manifolds on the Z32TT, it's a lot easier to work on the z32. The Supra I LOVE but I would never own one if I didn't have the money to pay for someone else to work on it. What a pain in the *** it is to work on the supra. Although it appears you have cleaned up the engine bay and removed emissions.

You Supra guys missed out BIG TIME at the Jap AutoExtravaganza http://www.reallymeansounds.com/report.php?event=155weekends held in Northampton,UK when I had my heavily modded MR2 Turbo.
Plenty of Supras down there to embarrass and a fewthat embarrassed me.
Now hand me a rag with some chloroform.

Thats the trade for a good drag package
there is another company that makes them but
the rears are only available in a 16in set up

dont worry
once i get some pics with the HRE's
you guys will probably like it better

hehhee
i have worked on both
from my experience Supra has been alot easier
from a single turbo install with motor in the car
timing belt, cam swap, clutch, all of it

for instance pull the intake manifold from the
2JZGTE
very simple
pull the VG30DETT and not quite that way

we pulled alot of items that wont be needed on this Supra
but it retains all of the nice luxury items still

Maybe it's just the things that I've tried to do on the Supra, but man was it hard for me to get the tranny bolts off with the engine in the car. I also changed had to remove the oil pan once and what a pain in the **** that was. I'll be honest though, it's not like the z32 is a walk in the park. As for the wheel setup, what are you running in the back? I love the look because I'm all for function over form but I'm a drifter and those anorexic wheels in the front are killing my eyes. LOL! Are you getting any rub on the slicks when you take off or no? If not, what's your suspension setup?

Tranny bolts are easy to get to from behind. The top two require a 17 swivel
all others are just typical to remove.
Oil pan...yea that would be hard with the cross member right there. Some have done it with the engine in the car...but it took awhile.

Wheels are WELD Alumastars. 17X4 up front and 15X10 in the rear. This is strictly for the 1/4mi. Need a large shoulder to help get the car out of the hole.
On the street for cruising and looks HRE 847R's in 18X9 and 18X10.

The drag package required alot of work in the rear area to accomdate them. So far no major rub issues. Suspension right now is a set of TEIN HA's.
