P0037 refers to the right side exhaust O2 sensor, down side, or beyond the catalytic converter. Heater failure. Check the connector before replacing but probably need to.

Inpsect the o2 sensor once removed and make sure it is not melted. If it is, you need to replace the cat. converter also. I've seen this on a few X-types now.
