Oil light and engine code
Hello everyone new to owning a Jaguar and a few issues having one hell of a time figuring out.... I just bought a 2002 X-Type. car drives great however after getting the oil serviced two weeks ago while driving it today the oil light came on then off while breaking then went away when I started to accelerate. Also the engine light stays on did a code test and reset the system the engine light went away for three days then back however there is a code P0430.... did some checking and the list goes for days on what the issue may be help thanks

The P0430 code is for the HO2 sensor in Bank 2. There are two of them, the upstream and downstream. You might want to replace both of them and go from there.
The oil light, like someone else mentioned, check the level. It might be near the bottom of the correct fill level. Once you verify that is correct keep an eye on it to see if it drops at all.
