So i can deal with the check engine lights, the common issues, breaking parts, potential fatal rusting, etc.. but what I am really bothered by is that my 2002 only has ONE cup holder!

What is my wife going to do with her coffee on those spring and summer sunday morning rides!?! Hold it in her hand the whole time!?

Okay im being dramatic, but I have seen some '03 and up X-types with 2 cup holders in them... my question is, has anyone done a swap or come up with a solution for this dreaded problem of only having 1 cup holder?

Or am I doomed to driving with a parched pallet while my companion is with me?

Many people have done the swap, I think all you need is the updated center console. My beef with them is they are a little small, and since many drinks have gotten bigger even a medium from some places wont fit. Although honestly that's probably a good thing, keeps me from getting too much haha.
