Passenger Brake is making a squealing noise and locks up when driving

Passenger Brake is making a squealing noise and locks up when driving

Was driving home last night and stopped at stop sign went to move again and heard this loud squeal and grinding noise coming from passenger front tire. Can anyone Help Its A 2002 Jaguar X-Type 3.0
