UKnFor, while your car may have the buttons for a phone, do you have the phone module installed in the car. I would venture to guess that you don't have the phone module installed, therefore the phone buttons are simply for show. They will not provide any useful purpose for you.
As for your wobble, this is an interesting one. I can not think of what would cause what you are experiencing. I wish you luck with this. This one has me stumped.

A UK 2002 model is too early for Jaguar BlueTooth so if it doesn't have a Jaguar phone cradle or GSM handset (item 9), then it doesn't have a telephone installation.
Although I've had OE telephones in every Jaguar since my 1996 X300, they are a hugely expensive option and always behind in technology.
If it isn't fitted, there's far better aftermarket solutions available.

Ahhh! Bloody L, I get me antique classic and such deal on it! Cool! I think I still have my old 2500 dollar NEC 3700 car phone! I wonder if it will still work analog, lol!
BTW, New Perilli Tires, in sal for $249 all four tires, and now no wobble, after the alignment didn't solve it! It runs and feels like new!
