Could it be the Intake Manifold Gasket or the dreaded Head Gasket ? ...Any thoughts most welcomed!

The best way to find a coolant leak is with pressure tester. Some auto parts stores will either loan or rent one. Its the safest way since the engine isn't running and the coolant isn't hot.

The best place to post issues with your car is under model specific section.

The picture is a bit blurry, could you re-take and post a clearer picture.

I've moved your question from Canada Region to X-Type forum. This is the place to post technical questions about your model.

GGG if you get a moment can you combine all 4 of the posts Harry has for this problem. We are responding but he can't seem to find his posts to review the responses.

@ Harry

You will most likely need to remove the upper and lower intake manifolds to gain access to locate source of leak.

There is a black pipe that connects to water pump and runs under the lower intake manifold towards the front of the engine. I have seen this pipe corrode through and leak. There should also be a rubber hose under as well, this could also be leaking.

Another possibility - in your picture, where the blue circle is. Just to the left of that is a junction, I've circled it in yellow. This is held in by 1 bolt, and there is an o-ring that has been known to leak. Odds are its the pipe or hose below the intake manifold.
