I believe that there are no phono cables for an Amp on the std OEM stereo. There are two options for you. You can get an amp with line in cables which will take the stereo spker cables and split and amplify the signal or you can buy a line in processor similar to the Rockford Fosgate. , 3 sixty 1

im pretty sure all you need is one of these -

I have it on my audi in order to connect an amp, the loose wires splice into the appropriate L and R channels of your speakers behind the headunit and you plug your RCA from the amp into the module.
And while you have the interior apart to run the RCA line, you can also run the power from the battery.
