Default Question on the lumbar support adjustment

I think I must be getting dumber. I have the 8 way power seat and can't seem to get the knack on adjusting the lumbar.

Any tricks I am missing here.

Car is an 2007 x-type sedan with luxury package.

Any help is appreciated.

Bruce, if I remember right, the switch is located up and down. If you press the UP button, it will inflate the lumbar more. If you push the down button, it will deflate it more. Don't quote me on this as I adjusted it many years ago and have never adjusted it since. Probably should as I am sure it has deflated over the years.

I did work this out. It seems that when inflating, you can hear the motor working but when deflating, not so. In that case, you just have to feel the lumbar retracting.

Thanks much!
