Default Radiator drain plug

Can someone tell me the easiest way to access this plug? The bottom tray of my car will not come off without bending the trim of the bumper. I read somewhere that I can get to it by reaching through one of the holes of that tray.

Lotion, if you look in front of the passenger tire, you should see a square hole (about 3x4 as I recall from memory). If you reach up in there, you will feel the flat blade of the drain valve. Twist it counter clockwise and it will start draining. Just be ready with a few catch pans as you are going to have fluid leaking out a lot of spots on the front corner of the car. You can try parking the car on a slight hill with the front of the car facing down to try and control where the fluid goes. May even be helpful to put a jack under the driver's side to raise that side by an inch or so.
