Rear lower arm with spring on it
Hey guys back again I need help with the rear lower arm the one with the spring on it. What I need to know is how do I get the bolt out of it up at the top there's not much room because its very close to the part where the rear drive axles go in. So any ideas would be helpful. I have a 2008 XType 4 door

The bolt pulls out toward the back of the car. It should slide out easily just under the rear sway bar. On the side against the transaxle you only need room for the nut in your picture. Plenty of room for that. I would soak some penetrating oil on there before starting. The nut looks beat up so I would definitely use a 6 point wrench or 6 point socket so it doesn't strip and apply torque from the bolt head on the other side (rear of the car). Impact wrench will make it a lot easier if you have one.

I'm with Dell. Suspension bolts are generally Grade 8 which can be significantly stronger than something you would buy at a hardware store or a Lowes/Home Depot. If that bolt fails while you are going at typical road speeds really bad things could happen. Get yourself to the nearest Fastenal or go online and buy that bolt in Grade 8 or stronger. It will be much less expensive than buying the bolt from a Jag parts place. Fastenal has M12 x 80mm flanged bolts in grade 10.9 for $7ea. I'm not sure that is the correct bolt size, just know it is similar so that is about what you would expect to pay to get a high strength bolt.

Take it to an alignment shop and be aware most (even the one I was referred to by my import shop owned by an Ex Jag guy) don't know you MUST align the rear first before the front per a Jag tech here in this forum.
I didn't after replacing most of the front parts. Had an alignment front then back and it ate nearly new tires to the cords in like 4,000 miles. Member told me about rear first (again X specifically). Bought new tires, took it to alignment shop asking for rear first (comment was "never heard of this") and no problems since.
