rear passenger door trim removal help

Can someone please help me and tell me how to remove rear passenger door trim please? I have removed front door trim before to fix window with no bother at all.I have removed star screw at bottom and tried to pull off panel,I have fitted flat screw driver covered in cloth behind panel and tried to prise it off but stopped because I was getting angry at my failed attempts before I damaged the door.It is as if the the door trim is glued on.Please help.The problem is an intermitting electric window fault.
