Trashley247, all X-Types in the US are AWD. So, as long as you bought from a US seller, they should have known that. As for your hub not having any holes in the center for the half shaft, then I would venture to guess that they gave you hubs for say a Lincoln LS or a Ford Contour thinking that they would cross over. Unfortunately, for your X-Type, they don't. I would recommend taking them back and explaining the situation. Most shops will take the parts back as long as they haven't been installed (which obviously they haven't). Then I would recommend checking out Nalley Jag (advertiser here) and they will get you the correct part at a fair price. Then you can be sure you are getting the correct part.
