Hey all. just had a question on reliability of the x-type. im looking at an x-type as a replacement to my saab, which recently spun a bearing (probably my fault for running 16psi on the turbo for a daily driver). ive been looking at the x-type as a replacement daily. i like everything i see so far. its classy, stylish, and sporty. i can get it with a man pedal, and it has awd for those fatefull new england winters. my question is how reliable are these cars? what major issues are known, or have you had? when something does break, is it overly expensive to fix? (i know its a jag, but i also know its post ford takeover) when looking at these cars what things should i keep an eye out for?
