remove bolts for cat support bracket

how the piggin hell do i undo the 2 bolts over the top of the heat shield for the transfer case which is the bracket for the cat and engine roll restrictor bracket

I used a dremel with a flexible extension and a cut wheel to remove mine
saved on bloody knuckles, time and cursing
