You can check in our vendors :

www.nalleyjaguar.com

www.gaudinjaguarparts.com

PARK PLACE

If these don't have a chrome in their stock then

www.ebay.com

www.jagbits.com

www.motorcarsltd.com

Ace, the Jag X-Type was never offered with factory chrome wheels. All the wheels were painted. So, any chrome wheel you will find will be something aftermarket or off of another car. Fortunately, you have a lot of options with the 5x108 lug pattern. Also keep in mind that the Jaguar logo in the center of the wheel is removeable and matches up to the opening in a lot of wheels (2-1/4" piece). So, you can get an aftermarket wheel, pull the center badge out and then get a chrome piece to fill the opening to give the car a "factory chrome wheel" look. The new wheel badges are available at any dealership from off of XJ8s or through E-bay.

I have lost both front wheel center caps. Where do you suggest buying these center caps?

@Sudeip - you can of course contact any of the vendors on the forum and they would be glad to get you some at cost. However I got some great center caps off of ebay that matched my car. I have a silver 3.0 and i found some silver and chrome-looking center caps that came off of a XJ that fit my wheels perfect and for a great price too.

sudeip, if you look on e-bay, they have all sorts of options. You can get the flat faced ones like what came on your car stock (the cheapest option). But, you can also get a recessed set that has a raised leaper face on it with the background colormatched to your car. The stock ones run about $20 (for a set of 4) or the raised face ones are about $60 (for a set of 4). But then, you also have the dealership. NOt sure how much they run there, but give Jaguar Atlanta - Nalley Jaguar - New & Used Jaguar Dealer - Jaguar Service, Repair - Marietta, Duluth a call and see what they can do for you. Make sure to mention the site.

Thanks a lot guys. I looked up at ebay and they are available for 18-35$. These were black background so i need to wait and see if someone puts a grey one. I'll also contact the vendors on the forums to see what they have to offer. Thanks again for your suggestions.
