Running lights?

Running lights?
I'm talking about the little bulbs located at the top of the high beam lights that are always on (at least in Canada they are)
1 of mine burnt out the other day so now is my incentive to get in there (I think I have to remove the bumper cover right?) and replace them with LEDs or something cooler and brighter.
While the thing is off I'm contemplating doing the HID foglight conversion using these thing off eBay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT
Thoughts? Problems? Anything I'm going to run into that you think I should be aware of?
I did a search but didn't find it, I know there is a thread someplace about replacing those little tights with LEDS, can someone shoot over a link?
Thanks for any and all help you have to offer. I've got the Gonzo hood liner as well. Took forever to find 3M #80 spray adhesive, apparently Canada has an issue with it, so I had to travel to the US to pick it up. Home Depot, 13.00. Mail order into Canada was 30.00+shipping and border brokerage. Good thing I'm 72 blocks from the border.

no need to remove your bumper... pop the hood... look at the back of the headlight assembly via engine bay... you'll see two plastic circular covers... one that has clips which is for your headlights... and another one that is more of a flat circular cover which is for your running/high beams... twist the cover and it pops right off with no problem and than locate the bulb and thats it... very simple..
