Default Sat Nav has lost its voice

Hello all....

Mt fully functional Sat Nav system has recently lost its voice. This happened after fitting an ISimple IS31 system. Ths IS31 is a simple antenna bypass system, i checked during installation that the sat nav worked with voice and it did, now it doesn't! I have checked all the audio setting and everything is fine and set correctly, radio works fine etc.

I did disconnect the ISimple setup and tried the original setup but still no voice.

I was prompted for the radio code on starting up, which i have and this all worked.

Is it worth disconnecting the battery, if i go into the deeper audio menu is there anything i can check there or indeed elsewhere?

I have had the rear bumper of recently to fit a towbar and i did have cause to move the CD/Sat Nav system (Not disconnect) when i dropped a bolt underneath the mounts. Is there anything obvious worth checking there? All leads seem to be connected.

Any advice greatly received.
