Which scanner should I buy to program ABS module to my ECM?

You can replace ABS module on Jeep Grand Cherokee 99-04, it is plug and play but Jaguar ABS module has to be programmed to PCM. I replaced module today and i got ABS light and brake lights on. So I installed my old one back. Trip to a dealer will cost me at least $150

What are the differences between the 2 models? The prices here differ by $50. Will either of them allow me to check automatic transmission fluid temperature? What about the ABS light currently illuminating my instrument panel?

It is plug and play.
No programming needed. I was wrong (lucky me)
