Strafe, first, check fuse F66 and F77 to see they it are good. Next, locate the seat heater control module and locate the white wire coming off of it (terminal #9). Connect a multimeter to this wire (red lead) and chassis ground. With the multimeter taking a resistance measurement, press the button to engage the seat heater (ensure the ignition switch is in the RUN position, aka II position). Did the multimeter drop to under 5 ohms when the button is depressed? If no, then you have a bad pushbutton or wiring issue between the control module and the switch. Repeat at the switch to differentiate.
If the switch did drop to less than 5 ohms, switch the multimeter over to do a voltage measurement and connect the multimeter to the green/black wire (red lead) at terminal 6 and the black wire (black lead) at terminal 7. Now, with the seat button pressed one time to enter the high heat setting, does the multimeter jump to over 10 VDC? If yes, then you have a bad seat element. if it does not, then you have a failed heater control module.
This should get the system up and running again.
