For the seat, its binding. Mine is doing the same thing. I think I'll take it out , clean it and grease it back up and see if that solves the problem. Ive found that in the interim, you can get a pair of pliers and help the worm screw spin and it will take off long enough to get it adjusted. Just be carefull to grab the end of the screw beyond the threads so that you dont damage them.

Not sure if you have nav or not but if you do, the clock is set through the menu on the screen.

for the cd player, check the trunk for a changer.

for the seat, yes you can take it out and manually crank it down, but its not easy because its not designed that way, also when you lower the seat its harder to get the seat bolts in, a set of gearwrenches should do the trick.
we have the same issue with hte 02 x type, i found out its actually the gears are stripped because i can hear it trying to lower the seat but it just wont go... i have replacements off one that caught fire but its a little different, or the control switch is jammed, so im gonna have to combine the 2 to make it work...hopefully

The 2nd pull on the fog light switch turns on the REAR fog lights.

Here is how to set the clock--silly this is NOT in the owner's manual!

Press and hold the mode button with the radio on. This will bring up a screen, select 12 or 24 hour scale, depending on what your preference is...press mode again...now enter the time with the keypad, using a "0" before the hour,if the hour is not in double digits. Press mode again...Now use the # button to change from AM to PM. Hope this helps!

lol not manual for sure, but the clock setting can be very confusing. i remember when i was trying to set mine. those are the correct instructions.
about the cd changer maybe someone removed it, it is supposed to be on the left side when you open the truck.....

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set the clock on mine with nav. It’s so strange how difficult it is to set the time on most car stereos. We used to do a radio contest years ago that involved sending out one of our DJ's to set the clock on your car. If he couldn’t do it in less than 10 minutes, you won a prize..
For the CD player, Mos is right. Its on the left side of the trunk behind a little door cutout in the trunk lining.

As I posted above, when you pull the light switch out all the way--the 2nd click, it turns on the REAR FOG LIGHTS.

If you say that the seat works in all directions then the seat should come down, try moving the tilts (forward & back), they should bring you down, if not the plastic gear inside a striped. They will need to be replaced.
