2006 x Type 78000 miles

My security light on the council flashes what I believe to be code 24 - two flashes, pause, five flashes.

When I attempt to start I get nothing, starter solenoid is silent.

My shifter is stuck in park. (cable is disconnected at the trans so I could roll it) When I move the shifter to the left I do hear the solenoid click.

When I try to lock the doors with the FOB the turn signals flash 5 times and the doors won't lock.

Battery is fresh and charged.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome.

Your vehicle is immobilised, therefore there is a serious issue, I think?
You will need serious advice but I cannot ascertain the exact fault but the fob isn't being recognised for one, but I don't think that will help.
