Question Seeking recommendations on good OBD reader for 2009 X Type

I think the cheap wireless OBD reader I bought from ebay may have caused my no start issue. Seeking recommendations on good aftermarket OBD readers that don't cause issues and correctly detail Jag error codes.

Almost nothing but IDS/SDD (or WDS) will get jag codes right. I'd always look them up in the jag DTC PDFs.

I use BlueDriver and am happy with it for reading/clearing codes. It does engine, chassis, ABS, etc modules. Good user interface. Works great with all 4 cars I have used it on; Jag, Toyota, Audi, and Chevy.

Dell is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to Jaguars so see if you can get his model scanner.

If not, here is one about $600 that does a bunch of stuff and pulled Jaguar codes my other couldn't

Yep, Dell put me onto the iCarsoft i930 about 7 or 8 years ago. It has never failed to provide accurate information.

Guess I could have been a bit clearer.
Originally it was i930 then the LRII, now it's LR V3.0 and the very newest is LR V4.0.

My daily is an X-Tool D7. I also have SDD and honestly there's not much it can do that the D7 can't other than programming of course.
