Not sure about a OBII live data reader, but Fluke is a very good brand for multimeters.

You won't find this in the auto parts store . I recommend one that has the software disk . Note they are for USB to laptop or bluetooth to your smartphone but not both . I recommend USB

As to meters you cant go wrong with a Fluke but I also use the old school needle type in my field for it has its merits .

Yep and Yep , all you need is a USB port which you most likely have . The ELM327 also has the traditional check engine light codes plus code reset . Private Mail me for I have some more for you

Make sure you go to live graphs mode on the software as you can " see " it better . Private Mail me for more as well as seeing if my settings work
