Default Sorry, I was wrong! Lower manifold O-rings do go bad!

I just replaced them, there was pretty bad vacuum leak and pretty high ++ short trim at idle.

They fail often since theyre on the engine side, more heat and thin. I always sell them if i have to pull a manifold because of this. Youre mostly there and if they werent leaking before your work they will after. Just saves the customer money and hassle

I diagnosed it spraying brake cleaner around lower intake and watching short trim. Idle was changing slightly.

I didn't have that problem when I started driving the car couple months ago.
