Spark plugs???
johnhdz21, KISS (Keep It Simple Stu.....). All you need to get is a basic "Double Platinum plug". Do not worry about the multi-spark, or the umpteen prongs, etc. In modern day cars, the spark is large enough as it is that the need for these specialized plugs is not called for. You need the double platinum plugs because of these high energy coils that the car uses. You can stick in a conventional plug in, but you will be replacing it in 15K miles. After doing the plugs, you will understand why we will tell you to get the $4 double platinum plugs over the $1 conventional plugs.
I just got my changed about a month ago, and felt a nice difference. I always stick to Iridium spark plugs - providing better performance and longer life span. It is a little more expensive than platinum, but like thermo said - avoid conventional plugs.
I stuck a set of NGK Iridium IXs in mine last year and now have a miss under load, ie. pulling grades and passing. They'll be coming out and Denso plats (OEM) will be going back in. The problem with using different plugs is that the plug manufacturer's heat ranges aren't consistent from brand to brand. Too cold and you end up with performance problems.
