Default Sticky breaks

I have a Jaguar X type 2005 petrol automatic all wheel drive. I’ve replaced the brakes all round replace the calipers at the back and the brakes are still sticking. I could do with some of your help guys!!

If all calipers seem to be catching, you might need to adjust the master cylinder push rod.
It seems that after major brake work some members have found the system needs some realignment.
