Default Suspension repairs

So i replaced a couple of wheel studs/bolts on my lovely 2002 x type and the steering wheel started shaking. I decided to tighten up the bolts a bit and take it in for a balance. There was a deal going on so i said screw it do the four wheel alignment. Long story short they could not align the vehicle and gave me the specs to take to another mechanic. I took it to a place called Tony's import services in CT. If your in CT i highly recommend them they only deal with import cars and have been in the business for over 50 years, i cant say enough good things about these guys. Anyways so after the inspection they found the following needed to be replaced:
- Front left wheel spindle/Knuckle
- Front tie rods (seized)
- Front Shocks
- Rear Trailing arms left and right (yes there is a difference from the control arms as i found out later)

Checked with the Jag dealer in CT and the costs are as follows:
- Front left wheel spindle/Knuckle $460
- Front tie rods (seized) $80 each (they only sell the tie rod ends not inners)
- Front Shocks $130 each
- Rear Trailing arms $135 each

Heres what i really did:
- Auto salvage found a jag and bought the wheel spindle for $60 and the guy was lazy so he gave me pretty much the front suspension including the caliper, rotor, pads, spindle, shock, and spring. While i was there i picked up a full size spare for $30.
- Rear trailing arms found on ebay for $177 (both) coming from the UK.
- My mechanic said i should really try to un-seize the tie rod end so i can adjust them rather than replace so thats on the agenda.
- Front shocks i'm still looking to pickup.

So i went from $1150 dealer cost to $237 CruzJag02 cost + a little elbow grease. If anyone wants pictures or is interested in this project let me know, i havent started yet. Waiting on the mechanic to install a new bearing into the spindle.
