This might help:

Transfer Box & Final Drive (diff):
Classification: M2C192-A
Viscosity: 75w/140
Capacity: 550ml(Refill 400ml) & 1.15L

Jaguar: Castrol SAF-XJ (JLM20772) £42.64/Liter +VAT
Ford: WSL-M2C192-A (FINIS:3375657) £19.85/900ml +VAT
Alternatives;
Motul GEAR Competition 75W-140 Ester Synthetic.

Note that changing the fluid in the TC is awkward - I haven't done it myself yet, worth searching forum.

The rear 3 plugs on the V6 require the inlet manifold to be removed, straight forward, but time consuming. Check ebay for plugs, but check for coating e.g. iridium or platinum. Again search forum for how to.
