Hey dudes,
Quick question, is the transmission service the same on the 2.5 and 3.0? I have a 2.5. Just picked up my X from a Euro specialty shop and noticed on the paper work it says 3.0 instead of 2.5. Just want to make sure the amount of fluid and procedure is the same. They must have thought it was a 3.0 because of all the cosmetic mods (and removal of numeric badging on trunk).

BTW for those trans sealed for life believers - I have 107K miles and the guy said the fluid was extremely dirty so they ran an extra pint of clean fluid through. 6 bottles of Jag ATF used ($27.10 a piece), cost me $282 out the door. Looking forward to another 100K miles on this cat, almost 5 years later still love the car and it looks and feels new.
