Default Transmission Kick Down Switch

Does anyone know where i can get one and where it goes, a while back my check engine light came on and the after looking up the code, it pointed to a transmission kickdown switch. The light has since gone away but sometimes when driving on the highway when i try to pass someone and overdrive kicks in it hesitates and jumps to get into gear, anyone else experienced this problem before?

It's all fly by wire stuff....so there is no kick down switch per-say....
You either have a solenoid problem (in the tranny) or a speed sensor problem (in the tranny and wheel bearings)
or throttle position/accelerator problem....would help if you post code, i can look it up

Would the kickdown cable be part of the acc pedal since it's all electronic?

It might be, but I have a funny feeling it's a soleniod/sensor problem somewhere
