Turn signal relay switch......
Where is it located? Im looking at getting clear bulbs that blink an amber color from superbrightleds.com. I talked to one of the guys there and he said i need a delay switch as well to go with the lights. Where is the switch located i have pulled all the larger type fuses in both boxes and still not found the one that controls the blikers

I dont know what you are looking for, the words you are using dont make perfect sense. The switch is on the steering column and has a built in speaker in it.
There is no separate relay for the turn signals, and there is no old fashioned flasher relay either. The turn signal are run entirely from a computer module called the GEM, general electric control module. It is behind the glove compartment on LHD cars.

Gragner, like was mentioned, the lights blink at a rate set by the computer. The flash rate will change a little based on the current load of the circuit. So, if the flash rate changes too much, you will end up having to add resistors to the circuit in parallel to the new bulbs to help draw more current and slow the blink rate back down. Some people have a problem with this, some don't. With your year car, it shouldn't be an issue except for maybe the computer seeing the lower current levels (due to the LEDs) and thinking that a bulb is burned out. This will cause a message to be displayed on the dash.
