Question underneath motor exhaust leak

I notice a wet spot underneath my 2003 jag x type 2.5 after further review I notice it was leaking from the exhaust where it starts from the motor connection I don't no to much about it but if anyone knows the problem and can help please let me no thanks

Wet spot?Need more than that, Oil, grease,coolant (pink not oily),power steering fluid (clear),trany fluid (pink,oily),transfer case oil(smells like sulfur) OR if it's warm and humid outside it could be condensate running out of your air conditioner drain hose (comes out behind the right front tire)and where is it in relation to the engine,tires, trany.and how much? Then someone will maybe chime in.

Sorry 1st timer my 2003 xjr xtype 2.5 120k miles, first start of the day in fresno ca at noon 60 degrees, leak clear no color, no odor, kind of oily liquid on the right side bhinde the tire , just dripped for 1 min and stopped and did not have ac on,just want to no if this smething serious or need to change, thanks
