My Jaguar has burst the plastic T shaped hose and the connecting pipe of the upper cooling system hose assembly. Is it possible to get just the parts I need or do I have top buy the whole assembly?

 

new OEM part is just 100 dollars. You probably want to just get the whole thing and be be done with it

I had the same ubiquitous split in the "t". Had to replace the entire assembly which is not a bad idea anyway as it has a new thermostat (see my thread). The hoses were a surprise when compared to the old ones.

Yea I found a salvage car and got the parts I needed off of it. There is a new thermostat housing that I need to go get as well. But it requires tools I didn't have access too yesterday when I got the part. My heat is running hot and cold during defrost. Is this part of the thermostat problem?

 

Well, on October 16,2019 my baby became a statistic. She has been totaled and I can't afford to fix her. I will miss her. If I ever get the chance to own another Jaguar, I certainly will.
