Default Washer fluid doesn't come out

Was curious if anyone had a similar issue with this. I noticed it started spraying the fluid in a very weak manner, eventually not coming out at all. Is it a pump that needs to be replaced? If so, is it a hard task to do?

Thanks in advance.

Check and make sure the hoses are in good shape. I've had to replace mine recently. Also make sure the nozzles are not clogged with debris. I had to clear one on mine. You can use a sewing needle.

Latest problem on mine is the pump won't run but it's intermittent. Since yours is weak not dead I guess we can assume your pump is running.

I had the same problem, There's a rubber filter where the pump attaches to the reservoir bottle which was blocked. Easy to get to behind the wheel arch lining. Here's an article from the UK Jag forum with pictures describing it.

Fezz, did you get this resolved? I had the same problem and eventually ended up replacing the nozzles on the hood. Not hard to do, but they cost about $32 bucks each on eBay.

The rubber hose can get pinched by the black plastic at the base of the wind shield (cabin filter cover). When hood is closed the hose needs to be in the gap in the cover.

I had the same problem. I used a can of air to clear the nozzles and lines. Ended up the pump was bad so I replaced it with a universal pump.

I found out that one of the hoses are cracked at the connecting point. Evidence of fluid was found on the engine, so it was pretty easy to see. Thanks for the help guys.
