Default Coolant pipe o ring?

I am in the process of changing my knock sensor in my 02 x type and noticed that the reason the knock sensor was going bad was due to a coolant leak from the pipe above it.

Does anyone know where I can locally get this o ring for the coolant pipe? Or possibly a part number from a different car make that would also work? Jaguar part number is C2S5121. I would prefer to not have to order one online and wait days before I can drive the car again.

Thanks in advance.

If you have the old O ring your local Grainger should be able to match it.
another option would be harbor freight and get an o ring kit.

for example link :- 382 Piece O-Ring Assortment

Thanks. I'll check Napa, we don't have a Grainger around here. If they won't have it I'll just get that harbor freight kit.

roblox84, your local auto parts store should be able to hook you up. Just make sure to let them know it is for coolant. They should be able to match it up. They should be able to mic the ID, OD, and o-ring thickness and look it up on a handy chart. O-rings are made to specific dimensions. So, once you find the dimensions, cross referencing at that point becomes very easy.

I went to the auto parts store but all they had was the regular o rings none of them had the square type for the coolant pipe. I don't know if there o ring flattened out from being old and if that's why but I bought two to try out and none of them worked.

They were just too thick it seemed like and would require more force to push in then then the two fingers I can get in there to push with. It's looking like I might just have to drive out to the dealer.

roblox, before you give up, do a quick run to your local hardware store and check out the plumbing isle. They should have some square o-rings there. The package should say what the gasket can take. If you find one that is good for up to 250F, then you will be golden.
