Well your in for a shock. Changing the spark plugs on our cars is a pain in the butt. There are three plugs against the firewall that will require you removing the intake manifold and some other small stuff. Might want to start researching how to do it if you want to do it yourself. How many miles do you have on your x type?

Here is a link on how to do it and it also has the spark plug #s in the article.

I am about to do this here soon. I chose Champion Iridium 9204's: Champion iridium plugs have a superior .7mm fine-wire center electrode which results in maximum life and spark performance. And every Champion iridium spark plug features an iridiumcenter electrode with platinum tipped V-trimmedGround electrode and an exclusive Heat-Active alloy which maintains stable operating temperature under all engine loads.

They were less expensive than the Denos's and NGK laser cut Iridium's and offered the same specs such as fine-wire electrode and platinum ground electrodes. I got mine at Pep Boys for $6.99/plug.

Autolite Double Plat's are the superceded OE plug to date. But there is a large gamut of plugs available. I chose the Iridiums for thier long life and because they will last longer than 70k since this job is kind ofPIA.

Worst here was a 1976 Corvette! I am sure my Snap-On wrench is still laying on the cross member of that car!
