Default whats the deal with the auba 18"

I swear the aruba 18" alloy stock rims are super hard to find and when u do they are like $400 a piece....I recently thought I located a set in phoenix near where I live and they ended up being the 17" rims,I was bummed out does anyone know a good website or place to purchase them at a decent price? I just think they look the best on the x type ...

Just thought I'd chime in with a warning;
The normal 18" Arubas (not the Aruba Performance) appear to be way more prone to cracking that any other X-Type alloy wheel. There's a multitude of threads about it, especially on the UK forum.

If you're set on 18's, I would highly recommend a set of volvo Venator 18s. They are cheap, and they look great on the xtype. Not to mention, they have the same specs as the stock 18s they put on the xtypes

I originally had bright magnesium/powder coated stock 17s and when my wife got hit in the drivers side front it folded the strut and cracked the rim the guy insurance adjuster hunted for a week for a replacement and gave up and paid me $800.00 as a compensation. He SAID he hunted nation wide and no luck,so I ran my spare which was the same style but a different finish until my Grandaughter hit a pot hole and flattened the two pass. rims which is a another story.

I have the 18" Aruba's from factory. They are harder to find now a days, But 3 out of 4 wheels cracked over a period of about 4 years. Sometimes Ebay has some good deals on them. I had them re-finished and painted to match the platinum silver paint on the car.
