Thx for your fast reply. Yeah I'm looking for the fuel line valve I have the spring clip connector on the fuel rail but that's it. Could they have changed it on 2004. I really appreciate your help.

I can confirm my 2005 has no such schrader valve. Easy option is as mentioned, use a code reader/scanner and look at live data (assuming your fuel pressure sensor is working correctly but maybe that is why you are here?). Turn the key to the Accessory position then the OBD port has power so at that point you should see something like 14.5 or 15 psi on your scanner. This is "absolute pressure" aka atmospheric pressure. The reading should jump up to about 50-55 psi as soon as you turn the key to the On position. If you then start the car the pressure should stay pretty stable around 50-55 psi. If you do not start the car but only move the key to On the fuel pressure will decay slowly from 50 back down toward ~15.
If the scanner live data doesn't work you probably have to T into the rubber fuel line somewhere to get a pressure sensor reading.
If you get to the point you need to look at the fuel pressure sensor it is on the driver's side end of the fuel rail (US cars). One 3 pin electrical connector and 2 small bolts so easy to change out if you need to.
