Where is the Transmission control module

Where is the Transmission control module
I know its by the left foot of thee driver, on the wall about 4x5" big but i still cant find it!
does anyone know where its at and can give me a little more detail on where to spot it?

It's drivers side on the kick panel by the fuse box, it's a metal box about 4" X 5" with a right angle plug going into the top of it. It's mounted on a plate, I believe you have to remove a whole pile of stuff to get at it, it's 2Hrs to re and re it at a dealership.
