Will a 01' Lincoln LS 3.0 swap into a 02' 2.5 X-type ?

Will a 01' Lincoln LS 3.0 swap into a 02' 2.5 X-type ?
I know I will have to use my water pump cam, oil pan, and relocate the oil filter (If that is possible?). But my main concern is the year of the Lincoln engine. Will a 2001 Lincoln LS 3.0 bolt into and up to all of my 2002 2.5 X-type accessories? Any help is very much appreciated.
