you need to remove the RHF splash guard (wheelhouse cover aka **** shield) to remove

As Buck said, you access the washer pump by removing the RF tire and inner wheel well. According to JTIS, to remove the reservoir, you need to move the ABS pump (lines remain connected), remove the front bumper cover, and the RF wheel well (to disconnect the pump electrical connector and hose). I would try to locate the source of the leak before pulling the reservoir. If your lucky, the reservoir won't have to come out.
