Default Wong! Wong! Wong! Sound

Sound is more often first thing when I get in the car and when I am in reverse. Sound is coming from rear of car. It kinda sounds like something scrubbing as the wheels are rotating. Anything to be worried about?

Yes. Any wong, wong, wong sound would be wrong. Somebody will be along with a possible cause.

If its a loud moaning noise - there's a tech bulletin out for it. My 06 did this, and, the dealer replaced some bushings in the rear. This fixed it.

I found the loud moaning noise started when I got the invoice.
I could us a tech bulletin for that one. I'm afraid I got the bushing in the rear when I got the invoice, hence the moaning.

I feel your pain. I just shelled out $900 to have an alignment and four new tires put on my S-Type. I had the dealer do all the work - I can't find anybody else in my area who can actually balance a 17" wheel, nor, put new tires on without damaging my alloy wheels. In addition, I checked 4 independent shops, and, none of them really wanted to tackle the alignment job. It probably cost me an extra $100 for the work, but, at least, its done right the first time.
