Default wow...this much play in propshaft????

this morning i went to grease my propshaft bearing at the support.
The propshaft moves up and down, left and right inside the support about 1/4 inch or more in every direction. I assume that this should not be so.
When i push up on the shaft i can see daylight between the bottom of the propshaft bearing, and the propshaft support....thermo...brutal et al is this normal??...i cannot imagine it is.
please advise whether i need just the bearing assembly, or do i need a whole new propshaft?...or do you need more info/pics?
anxiously waiting

Under the cap there is a standard bearing number 6013 2RS. Not need to change whole propshaft.

Is there some kind of rubber donut that goes between the bearing and the bearing support bracket?. I don't think the bearing is the problem....when I push up on the d/s the d/s and bearing move together inside the support bracket making me think that there is some kind of bushing around the bearing that is worn out

drive shaft carrier bearings are generally mounted in some form of isolating rubber. I've not looked at mine carefully enough to tell if it has play. But I suspect the rubber is fairly soft to eliminate any transmission of vibes.
