Had this problem since I bought the car.
In the beginning the Check Engine Light was coming on and off. Now it's constantly coming on after each obd reset. The only time it went away was when my thermostat broke. After 10-15 minutes of driving the check engine light appeared again.

What's already done:
1. Replace the PCV Breather hose on the new one from dealer
2. Cleaned the MAF Sensor
3. Sprayed with MAF Cleaner the IMT-O Rings during engine idle - no change of idle (pic 1)
4. Sprayed the Pipe to the brake booster - no change of idle (pic 1)
5. Sprayed the PCV Hose near the Engine - no change of idle (pic 2)
6. Sprayed the other end of the PCV hose and near the red colored places - idle starts to change

Also, on cold run, the idle is rough when I put the Drive mode and leave the car moving on idle

Codes say you're running lean. If you've checked carefully for air leaks and can't find any, then maybe you're not getting enough fuel. I'd start with a new fuel filter and a bottle of injector cleaner. If that doesn't work I'd check the fuel pump pressure.

 

Since the idle changes when sprayed there, you have an air leak.

Try spraying each area individually and narrow it down to one specific area. You need to isolate and correct the spot where it's leaking that air.

Once you have that sealed and can find no other air leaks, clear the codes.

If the check engine light comes on again, and you are sure there are no air leaks anymore, change the fuel filter.

If the fuel filter and air filter haven't been changed since you've had this car, then it's probably a good idea to renew them anyhow. It also wouldn't hurt to replace those IMT O-rings regardless since Jaguar has improved them over the originals making a much tighter fit. Just be careful not to overtighten them when buttoning things up.

If all that doesn't correct the problem, then you might be looking at replacing the intake manifold gaskets (not very hard at all) and may as well replace the spark plugs while the manifold is removed.
