Default x-type knock sensor problem

Hi Everyone,
I am new here and would like to ask about a problem with a X-type 2,5 awd 2007. There are a lot on the forum about this problem before and some of you has put up a lot if pictures. Many thanks for this!
We only use this car during wintertime. This will be the third winter we have it and we really like it. It has been resting a couple of months but last week I took it into the garage for service. It started perfect but is not possible to rev past 3000 rpm. The mil is also on. Checking errorcodes codes, gives p0332 knocksensor 2 low input. I assume this is the only one or is it one for bank1? Checking and measuring connection between en 23 and en 16 is ok with one ? I have 4,93v to the sensor, is this correct? Anyway it ends up replacing the knocksensor. I have a complete 3 l engine, (with bad bigendbearings replaced a couple of years ago in another x-type) from 2001. I planned to steal the knocksensor but my question is if it is the same? On the 2,5l it is the white striped (aj85676) on the 3l the black one(lne1692aa). Does anyone know if these are interchangable?
Thanks in advance and best regards!
/Torsten

CarID lists the same part numbers for both 2.5 and 3.0

2.5 =

3.0 =

I also noticed that most of the part suppliers recomend aj85676. Still wondering what is the difference? The only thing obvious is the length of the cable. Longer on the white striped one.
lne1692aa seems to match xk8 xj8 99-03. Maybe it is only the cable lenght? On a 8 cylinder engine the connector will be more unaccesable.
Also intresting how they build these engines. Starting with the knocksensor and adding all the rest.
Without prying the water inlet(which is worring me that its thight afterwards) I assume the front head must be removed.

I also think the shifting of the automatic transmission is smoother. I have read that other experianced that too. That is one thing I have wondered about why the shifting has been so rough, maybe the knocksensor has been bad for a long time. Hopefully the mpg is better aswell. The gas price is higher than ever. We pay around 8 dollar per gallon in sweden. Another thing I found out was that the injectorbridge was set up wrong. The oring for cyl nr 6 was just att the edge of the cast. Easy to adjust though. We have some strange problem with p0172 or if it is 174 earlier. If the car has been not used for a couple of weeks the dtc appeared. Erasing this and it runs perfect for months.
Anyway the car has time for inspection friday which hopefully will be ok.
Thanks everyone/ Torsten
