Default X-type leaking fluids (pics)

There are coming some oil drops from the transfer case area.
Also, there is coming neon green liquid from the AC area.

Which problems are i am facing here?

Is it possible the leak is coming from the transfer case, or the oil pan gasket?
What is more likely?

And the neon green stuff, is it coming from the AC compressor, or other AC items?

The front seal is leaking on your A/C compressor,,that is Refrigerant oil, but it looks like someone in the past mixed a little green dye tracer in for leak detection..The transfer case could be leaking or it could be the engine oil pan seal..the transfer case lube will have a strong sulfur like odor compared to engine oil.

Thanks for the reply DPK.

Is it easy to replace the front seal of the AC compressor?

Also, i believe i have a rear output flange leak on my transfer case.
If you look at the picture carefully i believe you can see where the oild is coming from.
Is this bad?

You are very welcome..

I'm sorry you have these leaks..but also common..The front seal on the compressor can be fixed, but it will take some doing getting to it..you have to remove the right side front wheel and inner wheel liner to get to the compressor..of course you will need to recover the remaining refrigerant and recharge once you replace the seal..some unique tools are needed to get the pulley and clutch off of the compressor shaft I think..

As far as the TC yoke seal..that needs the propeller shaft removed to get to..I believe it is pretty easy to remove and replace once you get that out of the way...

Good luck..Hope you are handy with working on this Jag..they are tricky sometimes..

Honestly, the bottom of my xtype is very wet, however I still keep all my fluids topped up because the leaks aren't that bad. As mentioned before the oil pan gaskets are a very common problem to have on an xtype and mine has been leaking for about 40-50k miles so far, however it only loses about 1/8th of a quart or less due to the leak. I also have the same leak coming from my ac compressor, however my compressor just recently burnt up. My compressor was covered in die however, so if I were you, I would put off these leaks for another 20k miles because if you have to do anything major, it'll be easier to do the oil pan while you're under there especially if you have to take the xcase out.
