Default X type left rear shock absorber lower bolt

I'm replacing the rear shocks on my x type sport, and the bolt holding the bottom of the left shock will not budge. I've rounded the corners quite a bit and I don't want to make it worse until I know what I should do to get it to come out. The right side one came out fine, so I'm not sure why this one isn't. I've tried soaking the whole thing in wd-40 and using a rubber mallet as well as a breaker bar and an extension arm.

Anyways what I'm wondering is could there be a possibility that it's left handed threads? And If I can't get it to come unstuck without ruining the bolt then what would be my next course of action? Thank you all in advance.

The parts catalog shows them as the following: Bolt, M14 x 70mm C2S45733 2 each. If you have to just cut it off and replace it. The bolts are the same so no left hand threads. Most auto parts stores will have the bolt.

Mine had to be torched to break free. Not so uncommon.

The only problem I see with cutting it off is that it appears that the nut has been spot welded to the metal piece it's attached to (at least on the right side it was) so I would need to break that out and replace it as well.
